Don Milani: dal diritto all’obiezione al “dovere di non obbedire”

L’analisi riguarda la vicenda che vide don Milani impegnato dapprima nella difesa del diritto all’obiezione di coscienza e poi del dovere di non obbedire a qualsiasi legge, assumendone le conseguenze. Egli affermò il primato della coscienza e della responsabilità individuale: un messaggio eticamente e civilmente assai importante, in un momento di svolta come quello odierno.

The analysis concerns the experiences where Don Milani had been engaged firstly in the defense of the right to conscientious objection and secondly in the duty not to obey any law, assuming the consequences of these choices. He affirmed the primacy of conscience and individual responsibility: a message that is ethically and civilly very important, in a moment of change such as we live today.
