Every submission to our journal must include the following four components:

1. Cover Letter: This should outline the intent and significance of your manuscript.
2. Title Page: Save this as “title_page.doc”. Include the manuscript’s title, full names and affiliations of all authors, and complete contact details for the corresponding author, including an email address.
3. Blinded Manuscript: Save this as “manuscript.doc”. Ensure this version does not contain any author identifying information. The manuscript should consist of the Title, Abstract, Keywords, Main Text, References, Figures, Tables, Acknowledgments, Declaration of Interest, and a Section Detailing Authors’ Contributions.
4. Highlights: Provide a brief list of bullet points that capture the core findings and implications of your study. They should be between three and five points. Each sentence should contain no more than 80 characters, including spaces.

Manuscripts (See template) should be organized in the following order:

Title
The title should be limited to 30 terms or less and it should describe the contents of the paper

Abstract
Each manuscript should be accompanied by abstracts in English, no longer than 250 words. Use Times New Roman, size 12, single-line spacing, and full justification. The abstract should concisely summarize the background, aims, principal results, and main conclusions of the research. Reference citations should be avoided unless critical.

Keywords
minimum 3, maximum 5. These terms will be used for indexing purposes.

Manuscript
Manuscripts may be submitted in either Italian or English and should conform to a single-space, single-column layout.
The length of the manuscript should range between 4500 and 8000 words, excluding references, tables, and figures. Submissions exceeding this length must be pre-approved by the Editor.
Tthe manuscript file should be a Microsoft Word document, formatted in 12-point font with italicization used instead of underlining (URLs excepted). Integrate all figures, tables, and other visual elements within the text at the appropriate points.

The manuscript should be organized in the following sections:

• Introduction: The introduction must provide a clear exposition of the research, reviewing the relevant literature on the topic and outlining the proposed methodology or solutions. It should be broad enough to engage readers from various scientific fields.

• Materials and methods: This section must offer a full description of the study design. It must include detailed information on materials, participants, comparisons, interventions and types of analysis used. Only new methods should be described in detail; tried and tested methods should be mentioned and their significant modifications briefly noted.

• Results and Discussion: The Results section should detail the research findings necessary to support the manuscript’s conclusions, limits of the research and future prospective. These results must be presented in the past tense when referring to the authors' experiments. Any reference to results from previous publications must be in the present tense. The Results and Discussion sections may be integrated or separated. Speculations and detailed interpretations of the data should be reserved for the Discussion section.

• Figure and Table: Figures and tables must be inserted into the text. Ensure that all figures and tables are adjacent to the relevant text within the manuscript, rather than being placed at the bottom or top of the file. The captions of each figure or table must be directly below the respective figure or table. Number all tables and figures sequentially according to their order of appearance in the text. Insert footnotes for tables or figures below the body of the table or figure. Footnotes are prohibited in all sections of the document.

• References: All references must adhere to APA style, 7th Edition. They should be cited within the text and listed in the references section as illustrated in examples below:

• Acknowledgement: This section includes acknowledgment of people, grant details, funds, etc.
  
  
• Declaration of Interest: Authors are required to openly disclose any financial or personal relationships that could potentially bias their work. These declarations should be included at the end of the manuscript. If no potential conflicts of interest exist, authors should state: “Declarations of interest: none.”

• Authors’ Contributions: A short paragraph reporting each author's contribution to the research. Authors must be listed with their initials. For authors with the same initials, specify their position. (e.g. AA (first author) and AA (last author)). All research activities must be reported. Each author must have contributed to at least one aspect of each of the criteria: contributed to conception or design, contributed to acquisition the data, analysis, or interpretation, drafted the manuscript, critically revised the manuscript, gave final approval, agrees to be accountable for all aspects of work ensuring integrity and accuracy.
