Résumé

This paper addresses the development of behavioural models of electronic devices from measured transient responses, by using a black-box identification technique based on Radial Basis Functions (RBF). RBF allow to reproduce a non-linear dynamic model of the Device Under Modelling (DUM) automatically taking into account all the physical effects relating input and output data, from measured waveform only. In such a way voltage and current ports are selected in order to inject identification signals and draw output waveforms. The predicted device response is compared with the measured one, showing a good agreement. [DOI: 10.1685 / CSC06005] About DOI
