Electromagnetic Diffraction by a Translating Multiple-Wedge Geometry

The electromagnetic diffraction by a uniformly translating multiple-wedge geometry is studied through the Frame Hopping Method: in the geometry rest frame the scattered field is expanded as a multiple superposition of sets of Non-Integer Cylindrical Waves (whose radial factor is expressed by non-integer order Bessel functions), where each set is centered at one of the geometry vertexes; then, by exploiting Fourier representations of cylindrical functions, the diffraction field is recast as a Plane-Wave spectrum; this simplifies algebraic computations involved by relativistic covariance relations, which are finally applied for recasting the solution in the observer frame.
