Resumen

There are several papers in graphs theory where are studied algebraic properties of a simple graph M15_MolicaBisciImbesi0.png. If M15_MolicaBisciImbesi1.png is the polynomial ring over a field M15_MolicaBisciImbesi2.png of characteristic zero, M15_MolicaBisciImbesi0.png is said of linear type if the symmetric and the Rees algebra of its edge ideal M15_MolicaBisciImbesi4.png over M15_MolicaBisciImbesi5.png are coincident. A class of graphs M15_MolicaBisciImbesi0.png of linear type are the Cohen-Macaulay graphs with no even cycles and vertex covering number 3. The above graphs have good properties and a classification of them can be see in [1].
