Don Peppe Diana (1958-1994), a priest of the Diocese of Aversa (Caserta), was murdered on the orders of one of the local clans because of his commitment to education and his fight against the Camorra, which he regarded as a genuine form of terrorism targeting young people. This article presents his biography, outlines his character and educational work, and finally details the initiatives launched after his death, bearing witness to the profound change brought about by his murder even beyond the context in which he worked.
