Formazione e selezione degli insegnanti per la “Colonia-scuola Antonio Marro”

Questo articolo vuole fornire alcuni spunti per la ricerca sulla storia delle maestre e dei maestri che hanno lavorato nella “Colonia-scuola Antonio Marro”, istituita nel 1921 presso l’Ospedale psichiatrico San Lazzaro di Reggio Emilia. Vengono analizzate in particolare le fonti coeve e i materiali conservati nell'archivio amministrativo, che possono fare luce sui processi di selezione e formazione del personale docente e, più in generale, sull’organizzazione di un luogo dedicato alla pedagogia speciale.
The aim of this paper is to suggest a new field of researches, about the history of teachers who worked in "Colonia-scuola Antonio Marro", a residential special school opened in 1921 in the psychiatric hospital San Lazzaro in Reggio Emilia. We analyze particularly the contemporary printed texts and the documents of the administrative funds, in order to underline the methods of selection and education of the teachers working in a place dedicated to special-needs education
