With the novel L’inganno del ragno the author Maria Eugenia Mobilia presents a valid document against gender violence. As expected, the names of the characters have a symbolic value; in our study we present the methodological parameters for its translation and a detailed analysis of the translation process. In the same way, we completed our analysis with the toponyms present in the novel and the title, since these are functional categories that share the translation parameters with the names.Downloads
