This article introduces the journal section devoted to “The imagery of evaluation”, focusing on evaluation as a major technology of government in the “Evaluative State”, on the ideas of objectivity, transparency and evidence produced by the algorithmic knowledge as alienated knowledge, and on the mythical imaginary supporting them.Descargas
