Author Guidelines

Articles submitted for publication in this journal are first scheduled for presentation as oral communications on the occasion of the cultural assembly held annually by the Division (Classe) of Scienze Giuridiche Economiche e Politiche of the Accademia Peloritana dei Pericolanti. Contributions from scientists outside the Academy are also welcome. However, in this case the paper should be endorsed by either an ordinary member of the Science Division or a corresponding member. One of the authors may then deliver the communication at the next scheduled scientific session of the division; alternatively, in the absence of the authors, the discussion on the paper will be introduced by the "presenting" member. Following the oral communication, the manuscript will be peer-reviewed by, ordinarily, two referees. Once the evaluation process has been successfully completed, the manuscript, will be eventually accepted for publication as an open-access article on the understanding that it has not been published elsewhere or submitted to another journal. Exceptions to this rule are papers containing material disclosed at conferences or, Original articles , recognized of special interest. Original articles , if accepted are eventually published on line in the restricted area of the Accademia. The corresponding author will be asked to confirm that, for papers submitted by authors from various institutions, all authors are familiar and agree with the contents of the manuscript. The Editorial Committee reserves the right to contact these authors to confirm this in case of doubt. There are no page charges for submission, processing or publication.
