Since in nature there exist no ideal crystals without defects, the aim of this paper is to contribute to describing the behavior of deformable extrinsic semiconductors defective by dislocations using a nonconventional model based on the extended irreversible thermodynamics with internal variables developed in previous papers, in which a dislocation density tensor à la Maruszewski and its flux were introduced as internal variables. In this paper introducing a geometric model we derive the entropy function and, exploiting the Clausius -Duhem inequality by Maugin technique, we derive the laws of state and the heat equation.
